Please see below for details of our online simulator reservation system.
Before Selecting a Simulator:
Sign-in or create an account to book a simulator (select the ‘Login/Register’ button on page) – Once created, you will always be able to book a simulator with ease.
- Click the button below that says book a simulator. A new window will open.
- Use the menu icon on the right side of the page to select the parameters of your desired simulator time.
- Then click continue to book.
Simulator and Cancellation Policy
Last minute cancellations and no shows are very damaging to businesses. We want to do everything we can to keep our staff employed, continue improvements and be financially secure. We know this policy is new to most but will keep our business healthy and viable to enjoy.
- To book a simulator a credit or debit card will be required to hold the reservation. Customers may pay individually upon arrival of their time in the pro shop.
- Upon booking a simulator customers may cancel prior to 24 hours or anytime due to inclement weather.
- Cancellations inside 24 hours and no shows can result in charging the card on file.
All credit card transactions will be subject to a 3% convenience fee.
By proceeding with this transaction, you are acknowledging that you are responsible to pay this fee and you authorize us to charge your credit card the additional amount necessary to cover this fee. For those who prefer not to pay a convenience fee, please note that the use of a debit card does not incur this fee. The consumer should carefully consider which of these two options meets their needs prior to conducting the transaction.
