Official Contest Rules – Ally Challenge Sunday Ticket Giveaway

1. Sponsor

This promotion is organized and hosted by Sugarbush Golf Club, 1 Sugarbush Drive, Davison, MI 48423. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta (Facebook or Instagram) in any way.

2. Eligibility

The contest is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sugarbush Golf Club, The Captain’s Club at Woodfield, and their immediate families are not eligible to win.

3. Entry Period

The contest begins on [date you post it] and ends on Saturday, August 23, 2025, at 12:59 PM ET. Entries received after the deadline will not be considered.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

  • Post a photo in the comments of the official contest post on the Sugarbush Golf Club Facebook page. The photo must show the participant golfing—at Sugarbush, The Captain’s Club, or any other course.
  • (Optional) Follow Sugarbush Golf Club and The Captain’s Club at Woodfield on Facebook for updates and future contests.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Making a purchase does not increase your chances of winning.

5. Prize

Winners will receive tickets for Sunday access to the Ally Challenge at Warwick Hills Golf & Country Club in Grand Blanc, MI on August 24, 2025.

Prizes are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged or resold.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be randomly selected from eligible entries and contacted via Facebook Direct Message on Saturday, August 23 at 1:00 PM ET. If a winner does not respond within 12 hours, an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Use of Content

By entering, participants grant Sugarbush Golf Club the right to share, repost, or use submitted photos for promotional purposes, including on social media, website, and marketing materials.

8. Limitation of Liability

Sugarbush Golf Club is not responsible for entries that are late, lost, misdirected, or not received due to technical or human error. By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Sugarbush Golf Club and The Captain’s Club at Woodfield from any and all liability arising from or related to participation in this contest or acceptance/use of any prize.

Any personal information collected during this promotion will be used solely for the administration of the contest and in accordance with Sugarbush Golf Club’s privacy policy.
