BJL HR Assistant is a digital support tool designed to help employees of Bobby Jones Links (BJL) navigate workplace policies, including PTO, benefits, scheduling, dress code, and other topics outlined in the BJL Employee Handbook.

Your privacy is important. This Privacy Policy explains what information the Assistant may collect during your conversation and how that information is used.

1. What Information May Be Collected

The BJL HR Assistant may request the following optional information to help personalize your support or escalate your concern:

  • Your name
  • Contact information (phone number or email)
  • Your golf club location and department
  • A summary of your HR-related question or concern

You are not required to provide any personal information to use the Assistant. You may choose to remain anonymous.

2. How Information Is Used

Information shared through the Assistant may be used for:

  • Providing tailored policy guidance
  • Summarizing your concern for escalation to the official BJL HR team (upon your request)
  • Logging anonymized trends to help improve HR support (optional)

If you choose to escalate your concern, the Assistant will send the details you’ve shared to the Bobby Jones Links HR team through a secure system.

3. Who Has Access

Only authorized Bobby Jones Links HR personnel will have access to the information you share for escalation. Information is never shared with third parties for marketing or non-HR purposes.

4. Data Storage

If escalation is requested, your information may be stored temporarily in a secure platform (such as Google Sheets or internal HR software) to allow for appropriate HR follow-up.

No personal data is stored permanently by the Assistant itself.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Decline to provide personal information
  • Request that your information be deleted after escalation
  • Contact HR directly at hr@bobbyjoneslinks.com to follow up or withdraw your request
