Sugarbush Golf Club – Online Purchase Terms & Conditions

By purchasing or using any product or service through Sugarbush Golf Club’s website, including but not limited to golf vouchers, tournament registrations, golf clinic sign-ups, and special event bookings (“Purchase”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. General Terms

  • All purchases are processed securely through our online platform.

  • By completing a purchase, you agree to abide by these terms, our privacy policy, and all posted club rules.

  • Purchases are non-refundable unless otherwise stated below.

2. Foursome Golf Vouchers

  • Includes: Four (4) rounds of golf with cart for $220 (Retail Value: $320).

  • Redemption: Must be redeemed as a single foursome; all four rounds used in one visit.

  • Valid: Any day of the week, Monday through Sunday.

  • Expiration: Valid through September 30, 2025. After that, the voucher is no longer valid for a foursome deal but retains a monetary credit of $220, applicable to golf at prevailing rates.

  • Limitations:

    • Cannot be split or redeemed as individual rounds.

    • Cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, or discounts.

    • Non-transferable and may not be resold.

    • Lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers will not be replaced.

3. Tournament Registrations

  • Registration fees cover only the items listed in the event description (e.g., golf, cart, meals, prizes).

  • Cancellations: Must be submitted at least 72 hours prior to the event for a full refund.

  • No-shows or late cancellations are non-refundable.

  • Events may be rescheduled due to weather or course conditions. Registered participants will be notified and offered options.

4. Golf Clinics & Instruction

  • Golf clinic registrations are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Cancellations:

    • 48 hours’ notice required for a refund.

    • If the clinic is canceled by Sugarbush due to weather or low attendance, a full refund or reschedule option will be provided.

5. Special Events (e.g., Prime Rib Nights, Holiday Parties)

  • Event registration includes only what is listed in the event description.

  • Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is canceled or rescheduled by Sugarbush Golf Club.

  • Dietary or seating requests should be made at the time of booking and are subject to availability.

6. Payment & Security

  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, and Discover.

  • All payment data is encrypted and processed through a secure third-party provider.

  • Sales tax may apply depending on the product or service.

7. Course Policies

  • Tee times and event start times are subject to availability and may change due to course conditions.

  • All players and guests must comply with Sugarbush Golf Club’s dress code, conduct, and pace-of-play policies.

8. Limitation of Liability

Sugarbush Golf Club is not responsible for:

  • User errors during checkout.

  • Technical malfunctions during transaction.

  • Personal injury or property loss during participation in club activities.

9. Updates to Terms

These terms may be updated without notice. The current version will always be available on our website.
