Tee Time and Cancellation Policy
Last minute cancellations and no shows are very damaging to golf courses. We want to do everything we can to keep our staff employed, continue course improvements and be financially secure. We know this policy is new to most but will keep our business healthy and viable to enjoy.
- To book a tee time a credit or debit card will be required to hold the reservation. Golfers may pay individually upon arrival of their tee time in the pro shop.
- Upon booking a tee time golfers may cancel prior to 24 hours or anytime due to inclement weather.
- Cancellations inside 24 hours, no shows or having less golfers booked can result in charging the card on file.
Tee Time and Golf Information
- All guests are required to present a valid driver’s license to operate golf carts. In order to operate a golf cart, a person must be 16 years old or older and have a valid driver’s license.
- There is a rider fee of $20 for 18 holes and $10 for 9 holes associated with non-playing guests.
- Groups of less than 4 players will be paired with others.
- We regularly take tee times up to two weeks in advance. If you are looking to book a tee time farther out, please contact our Pro Shop staff by phone at (810) 653-3326.
- Metal spikes are prohibited.
- Please note on Sunday evenings and on Monday mornings the driving range is closed for weekly mowing.
All credit card transactions will be subject to a 3% convenience fee.
By proceeding with this transaction, you are acknowledging that you are responsible to pay this fee and you authorize us to charge your credit card the additional amount necessary to cover this fee. For those who prefer not to pay a convenience fee, please note that the use of a debit card does not incur this fee. The consumer should carefully consider which of these two options meets their needs prior to conducting the transaction.
